Justine Fosh Chief Executive Officer, Cogent Skills Group

Justine is a graduate in Industrial Relations and Marketing from Strathclyde University. Starting off in brand management she spent 15 years working in commercial positions in companies, including:

• Sara Lee
• Grolsch
• McCain
• Uniq
• McCormicks (Spices)

Justine was Head of Customer Insight and Relations at learndirect. She then joined Improve, the Sector skills council for food and drink. She established their National Skills Academy (NSAFD). The businesses merged and she became Chief Executive. She established the NSAFD as the ‘go-to’ organisation for skills for food and drink companies.

Justine oversaw the acquisition and successful development of awarding organisation OAL. She has now moved to Cogent Skills, the SSC for Life Sciences, Industrial Sciences and nuclear.
