Change in pre-announcement schedule
This report has usually been published on the penultimate Thursday of each calendar month. From 2023 we will continue to do this but with the exception of months where the penultimate Thursday falls on 16th or 17th. In those cases, publication will be on 23rd or 24th respectively. This is to enable sufficient time for data processing and quality assurance.
