Contractors: Mott Macdonald and their partners: Richards, Morehead and Laing.

Why we are doing it

The A483 junctions 3 to 6 are congested. We want to improve how traffic moves around Wrexham and the areas in this region.

Current progress

We will present the preferred options at a public consultation event to ask stakeholders advice. This information and our evaluation will help us identify the preferred options.

Public Inquiry (if needed): summer 2021 to autumn 2022
Estimated construction start date (subject to the minister's approval): summer 2023
