Employers can get a grant toward wages and training to help people back into work.
When you employ a qualifying recruit, we’ll give you up to
- £3,000 in quarterly instalments for the first 12 months to help pay their wages
- £1,000 for any job-related skills training
Additional grants are available when you recruit a disabled person or someone aged 18 to 24 who is not in education, employment or training (NEET):
- £1,000 for employers who recruit a disabled person
- £1,000 for employers who recruit someone who is aged 18 to 24 who is not in education, employment or training (NEET)
- £2,000 for employers who recruit someone who is disabled, aged 18 to 24 and not in education, employment or training (NEET)
