Health service procurement: statutory guidance

The Welsh Government has reviewed and revised the Statutory Guidance to better reflect the Regulations. It is being republished now to support implementation, while further policy and operational work continues on specific matters, including the provision of independent expert advice under Regulation 29. Officials will keep the Statutory Guidance under review, with a further update expected within approximately 3 months, subject to the practical arrangements required. Stakeholders will be kept updated.
