This is draft guidance for The Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Maintained Primary Schools) (Wales) Regulations 2025 which come into force on 31 October 2026.
We have published the guidance now so that catering providers can prepare for the introduction of the new regulations.
