Details
If introduced, the Bill would:
- change the rules for who can be a medical member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales, and
- confirm that previous appointments and membership of the Tribunal remain valid.
We have published the draft Bill so Senedd Members and the public can see the proposed scope and direction. The Bill is still subject to the Llywydd’s determination, before formal introduction.
The Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment for the Bill will be published to the Senedd website once the Bill is introduced.
