The Waste Strategy Branch has launched a call for evidence for wastes produced and managed by the agriculture sector in Wales.

Consultation description

The document sets out the Welsh Government's aims and objectives for the wastes produced and managed by the agriculture sector in Wales. It also covers wastes fly-tipped on agricultural land. It identifies the current evidence and the support that is currently in place.

The document asks if there is any further evidence available and whether there is a need for further action and the development of a sector specific action plan.  The call for evidence is intended for agriculture businesses waste management companies local authorities regulators and delivery bodies and others interested in agricultural waste and resource efficiency.
