We want your views on our proposed approach to sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) on new developments.
Consultation description
We are consulting on the proposed implementation of schedule 3 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, which includes:
- making local authorities the responsible SuDS approving body, and
- ensuring all new developments have a sustainable drainage system that meets mandatory national standards.
