The Young Person's Guarantee (YPG) provides young people aged 16 to 24 living in Wales support to gain a place in education or training, or help to get into work or self-employment.

Working Wales provides one simple route to access the programmes and services.

The YPG is a Welsh Government key commitment. It sits above Welsh Government funded programmes for young people. It aims to create a clear journey for young people regardless of circumstances and background.

The Welsh Government also asks businesses to commit to the Young Person’s Guarantee. Businesses can find out more through the Business Wales skills gateway.
