Details

The stopping up of highways is necessary to facilitate the development of a proposed Wellbeing Hub, including replacement of existing car park, sustainable urban drainage system, landscaping works, the proposed demolition of the existing health centre, provision of car parking area and replacement hard surface play area and proposed temporary car park at land adjacent to the Llanedeyrn Community Hub and Llanedeyrn Health Centre.

This development will be carried out in accordance with outline planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council of the City and County of Cardiff on 29 August 2019 with reference number 19/01610/MJR and the approval of reserved matters granted on 23 November 2020 with reference number 20/01073/MJR.
