Information requested

Thank you for your request which I received on 17 February 2022.  You asked for:

I would like to access information on any contracts or tendering processes that have been undertaken by the Welsh Government, or by Local Authorities in Wales, detailing any contracts given to companies to supply Software as a Service solutions to the education sector relating to pastoral, wellbeing and safeguarding monitoring software.

Specifically:

  • The date of official tender offers and amounts
  • Date of contracts undertaken and duration of the contracted period
  • Criteria for selection of preferred contractor

Our response

I have looked at your request and I can confirm Welsh Government do not have any contracts, current tendering processes or planning to tender for pastoral, wellbeing and safeguarding monitoring software.

We are unable to provide any information for Local Authorities in Wales, these requests would need to be made to each individual Authority.
