Details

This Order will stop up an area of highway for the construction of five detached dwellings with associated infrastructure, landscaping, parking and turning space, construction of means of access from Meadow Rise and creation of pedestrian link to Gors Avenue, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Swansea City and County Council on 12 October 2021 with reference number 2021/2580/FUL. The stopping up of an area of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
