2. Eligibility
Access Broadband Cymru grants are available to
- individual residents
- businesses
- third sector organisations
To see if your intended installation premises is eligible, read the Access Broadband Cymru scheme eligibility criteria and scheme conditions.
Before applying you should also find out more about options that are currently available for getting faster broadband.
This includes using Openreach’s address checker to find out if you already have access to a fast broadband service of 30Mbps download or above.
There are other suppliers that have broadband networks in Wales. Check directly with broadband providers or through price comparison websites.
Applications will not be accepted if the premises has received Access Broadband Cymru grant support within the last 48 months. There will be no exceptions to this clause.
