There were several recurring themes that featured throughout the debate, including Small and Medium Enterprise’s, transparency, social value and the environment. The Bill will now progress to the House of Commons committee stage, where further detailed examination of the Bill will take place.

Another Supplementary LCM (SLCM) has been laid in the Senedd. Further SLCMs will be laid as the Bill continues through Parliament. Senedd members are due to debate the Bill early March, and we will provide further updates in due course.
