A review of the Landfill Disposals Tax Act and the extent to which Landfill Disposal Tax rates and legislation have affected behaviours in the waste sector.
This is the latest release
To achieve this the review adopted a mixed method approach consisting of a review of existing evidence and data, qualitative interviews with key stakeholder groups and an online survey distributed to stakeholders.
