The Welsh Government has carefully considered the Guidance and it is not satisfied that parts of it accurately explain the Regulations. For that reason, the present version of the Statutory Guidance has been removed. Officials are in the process of revising the text and a new version of the Guidance will be published as soon as possible. The Welsh Government will seek to keep stakeholders updated.
