We want your views on proposed regulations for the protection of trees and woodlands.
Consultation description
We are consulting on changes to the protection of trees and woodlands. The changes will inform new regulations.
Proposed changes include:
- simplifying the protection process,
- introducing woodland preservation orders,
- defining amenity.
