This Order will stop up an area of highway for the construction of 22 no. affordable residential dwellings with associated infrastructure works located to the land to the north of Heol Dynys, Ravenhill, Swansea, SA5 5HU, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Swansea Council on 7 August 2024 with reference 2024/0733/FUL.
