Agenda item 1: introductory remarks, note and actions of the previous meeting
The Minutes and actions of the last meeting were agreed.
Agenda item 2: The Working Lives Survey: precarious workers’ experiences of labour market exploitation in the UK
The Forum received a presentation from University College London on a major UK survey about labour exploitation and precarious work. The results of the survey are expected later this year.
Agenda item 3: The All-Wales Safety Partnership: how we are promoting, supporting, and improving health and safety in Wales
The All-Wales Safety Partnership’s presentation highlighted the partnership’s aims, its areas of interest, and how it works collaboratively in the field of health and safety.
Agenda item 4: Stress at work: tackling its causes
The Forum received a presentation from TUC Cymru on stress in the workplace and its causes. A range of factors that contribute to stress at work were highlighted. The Forum noted that employers, trade unions, and Government all have a role in reducing stress at work and mitigating its causes.
