Take notice that Gethin Thomas, being the chair appointed to the inquiry will hold a pre-inquiry meeting into the proposed Saundersfoot Harbour Revision Order.
The meeting will take place at 10 am on Monday 10 November 2025 at The Bay View Suite, Saundersfoot Harbour, The Harbour, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire SA69 9HE.
The pre-meeting is for the benefit of those intending to participate at the Inquiry, but is open to all to attend and observe. The pre-meeting will deal solely with procedural matters with respect to the Inquiry, with no discussion regarding the merits of the proposed Order.
Appearing at the inquiry does not require attendance at the pre-inquiry meeting, but doing so will provide an opportunity to learn about the procedure and timetable for the Inquiry.
A note of the pre-meeting inquiry will be published on the inquiry website shortly after the meeting, as a record for those attending and to inform others.
