Innes Robinson stands as a transformative figure in Welsh education, serving as executive headteacher of both Pencoedtre High and Whitmore High. Renowned for his infectious enthusiasm and relentless positivity, he is a catalyst for meaningful change, inspiring staff, pupils, and parents alike. Innes was appointed to Pencoedtre High during a critical period following special measures and industrial action, and in astonishingly little time, he revitalised the school’s culture, behaviour, and ethos. His hands-on leadership, unwavering ambition, and visible presence across both schools have galvanised communities, instilling a renewed sense of pride and purpose. With a proven track record, having played a key role in the successful turnaround of 3 schools, Innes has not only elevated educational standards but also fostered environments where students flourish and staff feel empowered.
