Original consultation

We want your views on proposals to update two Fees and Charges Schemes. Local authorities in Wales use these schemes to recover the costs of regulating industrial emissions.

Consultation description

We are consulting on updated Local Authority Fees and Charges Schemes made under regulation 66 of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016. The proposed changes apply a 44.29% inflationary uplift to existing fees and charges.
