The Civil Service People Survey is a UK-wide survey conducted with around 100 organisations that measures employee engagement and staff satisfaction.

The Welsh Government participated in the Civil Service People Survey between the 24 September and 21 October 2025. The survey obtains staff views on their experience of working in the Welsh Government, which helps us to understand what we need to do to make the organisation a great place to work and to provide the best service we can to the people and communities of Wales.

Full results are published by the Cabinet Office.
