Memorandum of Understanding between UK government and Welsh Government on Rail Reform in the Wales and Borders Area

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets out how the Welsh Ministers and the Secretary of State for Transport will work together on the governance, planning and delivery of rail services in the Wales and Borders Area.
