This page provides information relating to public inquiry report findings since 2024 directed to the Welsh Government. You can access the Welsh Government response to recommendations, and progress updates on implementation.
This page currently includes the recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry report of 20 May 2024, the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 2 report of 4 September 2024 and the published COVID-19 Inquiry Module reports.
All inquiries have their own dashboard containing information relating to each inquiry. The dashboards will look slightly different due to the unique nature of each inquiry and the format of the Welsh Government response or, in the case of the Infected Blood Inquiry, the cross-UK nature of the information presented.
