Introduction

The table below outlines the parties PEDW will notify at the commencement of the examination of an application.

Developers may wish to consider consult the same bodies so that any issues are raised at an earliest opportunity, however the minimum requirements for consultation are set out in the schedule to the Infrastructure Consent (Pre-Application and Application Procedure and Transitional Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2025.
