Dr Marc Penny Deputy Chair
Dr Marc Penny is an experienced leader in operational excellence, business transformation and innovation, with over 25 years’ experience across public, private and not-for-profit organisations.
He has led complex transformation programmes that improve organisational performance, deliver sustainable change and enhance outcomes for the communities services support.
Marc lives and works across Wales, he currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Caredig Housing Association, where he contributes to strategic oversight, workforce and organisational performance. Alongside his professional career, he is actively involved in the voluntary sector across Wales. He is Chair and Trustee of Brynawel Rehabilitation, a leading residential rehabilitation charity, he also supports St John Ambulance Cymru as a Trustee.
Marc is passionate about public service and is committed to improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable in society.
