The Health Impact Assessment (Wales) Regulations 2025 were passed in the Senedd on the 18th November 2025 and will come into force on the 6th April 2027.

- NHS Health Boards and Trusts
- Special Health authorities
- The National Park Authorities
- The Welsh Fire and Rescue authorities
- Qualifications Wales
- Natural Resources Wales
