We are seeking views on proposed updates to the 'Safety at street works and road works code of practice'.
The code of practice provides statutory guidance on the signing, lighting and guarding of street and road works on public roads and highways to help protect workers, road users and pedestrians.
The proposed updates reflect changes in legislation, guidance and working practices since the code was last updated in 2013.
