On 7 November I announced my intention to commission a Ministerial review of Welsh Ambulance Services and committed to making a Written Statement on the review’s arrangements before the end of November.
I am now in a position to publish the review’s Terms of Reference and I attach a copy for ease of reference.
The review will be led by Siobhan McClelland, Professor of Health Policy and Economics at University of Glamorgan, who has the appropriate experience and knowledge of NHS Wales.
I look forward to the outcomes of the review and future improvements in ambulance services across Wales.
