The aim of the evaluation was to inform decision-making relating to the future of the Helpline and specifically the re-tender process for the Helpline contract to be awarded from 2015.
This is the latest release
The evaluation is based on a review of strategic documentation, monitoring data and consultations with Helpline key stakeholders including Welsh Government officials, Helpline staff, Helpline users and agency representatives.
