A representative panel of over 2,000 employers was set up in 2005.
This is the latest release
Owners/managers were interviewed over the telephone, on a range of topics relating to their provision of learning for employees and their attitudes towards learning.
These employers formed a panel that were interviewed again in 2006, enabling us to track and understand participation in training within businesses. The results have been used to produce a segmentation of employers across Wales in relation to their actions and views on providing training.
