Employee benefits (III) framework engagement survey

The new employee benefits (III) framework is a collaborative agreement that offers customers a wide range of schemes. Customers can access a fully managed service or individual services covering a range of salary sacrifice and voluntary deduction schemes which have the potential to achieve significant savings for both employers and employees, whilst adding value in the services being provided.

This framework agreement covers the supply of the following services under the following Lots:

  • Lot 1: Managed service provision
  • Lot 2: Cycle to work scheme
  • Lot 3: Green car scheme

Lot 1 includes:

  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Green car scheme
  • Home technology & smartphones scheme
  • Health and wellbeing scheme
  • Financial wellbeing scheme
  • Childcare voucher scheme
  • Retail & leisure discount scheme
  • Reward & recognition solutions
  • Online benefits platform

We have recently renewed the framework and would like to gauge interest in attending an in-person ‘meet the buyer’ event. An in-person event would bring together all framework suppliers as well as their third-party providers to showcase what services are available and the benefits in using the services offered, including the savings that can be made by customer organisations.

The Welsh Government has awarded employee benefits and wellbeing provider Vivup as the sole supplier for the Managed Service Provision (Lot 1)

The Managed service provision framework which is available for all public sector organisations in the UK, includes a fully managed service for employee benefits covering a range of salary sacrifice and voluntary deduction schemes.

Vivup are holding two exclusive sessions Tuesday 30 April at 12 p.m. and Tuesday 14 May at 12 p.m. to help you gain further insight into what is available.
