These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Wales) Regulations 2020, the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Persons Travelling to Wales etc.) Regulations 2020 and the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

The Order authorises the stopping up of a highway for demolition of a disused local authority garage site to create an affordable housing development of 4 units at St Mary’s Road, Pembroke Dock in accordance with planning permission granted by Pembrokeshire County Council.
This Order will enable the demolition of existing buildings, creation of roundabout and vehicular access from Beach Road onto the site, creation of footpath from the site onto Garth Road and erection of residential development for 72 dwellings in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Act of 1990 by the Council on 6 January 2012 under reference C09A/0410/11/LL.
These Directions direct the seven Local Health Boards in Wales to work together jointly to set up the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee (the Joint Committee) to undertake the joint planning of Specialised and Tertiary Services, as soon as practicable after 1 October 2009. The Joint Committee will have limited functions until it is fully operational on 1 April 2010.
These Directions amend the Statement of Financial Entitlements to General Dental Services and personal Dental Services 2006; to uprate the contract values for dentists by a full 3% following the consideration and agreement of the recommendations of the Doctors and Dentists Review Body’s report 2007/08.
