This Order authorises the stopping up of highways to enable the redevelopment of land at Ocean Beach Site Wellington Road, Rhyl to provide a mixed use development including residential apartments, hotel, assembly and leisure, business, retail, cafes, restaurants and public houses, car parking, new public realm and ancillary uses together with associated highways and other works including wind turbines and potential PV solar installations, in accordance with planning permission granted by the Denbighshire County Council on 27 November 2007 under reference 45/2006/1200/PF.
These Directions enable a person, detained in any of the relevant public sector prisons, within the three Local Health Board areas of Cardiff, Swansea and Monmouthshire, to be treated as usually resident for the period of their detention at the address of the prison for the purposes of regulation 2(2) of the Local Health Board (Functions) (Wales) Regulations 2003.
