In his message Mark Drakeford says:
This update of WPPN 006 clarifies a number of points of departure in the procurement of major government contracts.
The proposed order is required to reduce the speed of traffic along this section of the A40 to enable a safe environment to be provided for the increased pedestrian and cycle activity in the area and the increased number of vehicles which will be using this junction following the opening of the Carmarthen Western Link Road.
The Order will temporarily prohibit vehicles on lengths of the M4 motorway between Junction 23a (Magor), Monmouthshire and Junction 34 (Miskin), Rhondda Cynon Taf and the A48(M).
