This Order will authorise the stopping up of a length of highway located on the eastern side of Pen-Yr Eglwys opposite the junction leading to Heol Bryn Heulog and to the rear of the property known as 3 Llys Llewellyn, Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd, to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the change of use of land to extend the garden curtilage to the rear of the property known as 3 Llys Llewellyn, Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd, CF38 2HQ.
