Details

Demolition of the former New Penn Public House and the redevelopment of the site to accommodate affordable dwellings, including highway infrastructure, landscaping works, and green infrastructure, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff on 15 April 2024 with reference 23/02475/FUL.

The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
