Details
This Order authorises the stopping up of an area of the existing highway. The stopping up is considered necessary to enable the erection of a residential development of 74 units with associated infrastructure and engineering works at Resource House, 54B Penarth Road, Grangetown, Cardiff, CF11 6NG in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff on 29 November 2019 with reference 18/02622/MJR.
