Details
This supplementary budget provides a number of targeted allocations, reflecting changes made to the Final Budget for 2026-2027 as approved by Senedd Cymru in January. It regularises a number of transfers with the UK government and includes adjustments to the Wales budget to reflect the impact of UK government fiscal events.
It also presents a restatement of the 2026-2027 Final Budget in line with the new ministerial portfolios and reclassifies former ring-fenced non-fiscal resource budgets to Annually Managed Expenditure following a technical change in budget classification by HM Treasury.
