The effect of the proposed Order is to introduce a 50 mph speed limit on the length of the A40 trunk road from a point 37m east of the give way line at the A40 exit off Brynich Roundabout towards Powys, to a point 181m south east of the centre-point of the C0107 road to Pennorth junction.
