The Welsh Ministers have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A465 Neath – Abergavenny Trunk Road between Ebbw Vale West Junction in the County Borough of Blaenau Gwent and Hardwick Roundabout in the County of Monmouthshire.
