The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from proceeding on the length of the trunk road that extends from the centre point of its junction with the A438 County Road (known as Pontybat Crossroads Junction), to a point 100 metres north of the centre point of Felin-newydd Bridge, Llyswen, Powys.
