The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a 40mph and 30mph speed limit on the relevant length of the A470 trunk road between Talwaenydd and Rhiwbryfdir, Gwynedd, for the installation of a new uncontrolled pedestrian and cyclist crossing refuge island.
