Prohibit all vehicles (other than those being used by the emergency services and for the works) from proceeding on the length of the A5 trunk road that extends from Junction 11 of the A55 trunk road at Llys y Gwynt Interchange, Gwynedd to Gledrid Roundabout, Chirk on the Wales/England border, Wrexham.
Also to, impose either a 50 mph, 40 mph, 30 mph or 10 mph speed limit on the length of the A5 described above.
