We would like your views on changes to the Human Transplantation (Excluded Relevant Material) (Wales) Regulations 2015).
Consultation description
We are consulting on changes to the legislation that will:
- add some additional materials to the list of items which cannot be donated under deemed consent
- achieve parity across the UK-wide system of organ donation, in light of the new opt-out system being introduced in England
- take account of advancements in medical science.
