We want your views on proposals for the implementation of EU Directive requirements to introduce ‘Open Scope’.
Consultation description
Under ’Open Scope’ all items of electrical and electronic equipment would fall within the scope of the regulations unless subject to a specific exemption or exclusion.
We are also consulting on other proposed regulatory amendments outlined in the consultation document.
