This plan continues to deliver the strategic outcomes of the 10 year Wales Animal Health and Welfare Framework 2014-24. The aim is to achieve a high standard of health and welfare for all animals kept in Wales, during all stages of their life.
This plan links to the Animal Welfare Plan for Wales 2021-26, published on 4 November 2021. Both plans will be delivered in a coordinated way.
