Details
Certain fishing activities, including fishing for scientific research purposes, could be in breach of existing legislation. In such circumstances, a Habitat Risk Assessment (HRA) and exemption authorisation may be required.
To apply for an exemption for such activities please complete the application form. Please allow up to 12 weeks for your application to be processed.
